FAQ:

What is the return policy?
- At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges, due to incorrect sizing or color ordered. All sizing is unisex for adults and standard youth/toddler sizing for kids. If there is another issue, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right!

Where is my order?
- Due to being a small business, run by only two people, our current turn around time is 14-21 business days. This does NOT include weekends, holidays and vacations. We both work full-time jobs, as well as run our business, therefore it may take us the full turn around time depending on the volume of orders. However, we will ALWAYS try to get orders out before the 14 days whenever possible.
- We ship USPS, therefore, once the package leaves our hands, it is out of our control how fast the post office is able to get it to you. We provide tracking numbers for all of our orders.

What if I need to change my order?
- If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY! We begin working on orders, as soon as we are able to, once they come in. If there are any changes, please e-mail us immediately. We constantly check our e-mail and will do our best to accommodate any changes, as they come through.
- If you put in the wrong shipping address, please let us know before we ship! If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address, there will be an additional fee to re-ship the product to you.
